1. About TFCA
The TFCA employs a mix of full time and casual employees:
Executive Officer
Who implements Board policy, represents the TFCA at various meetings, directs staff, liaises with contractors requiring representation with companies, provides industrial representation for members before tribunals, negotiates with industry unions, assists with the calculation of contracting rates / benchmarking and is responsible for informing members of various industry activities.Field Officers
Who provide training for bushworkers throughout the State. TFCA Field Officers are highly qualified trainers and assessors and have significant input on committees associated with industry and government.Executive Assistant
Who administers the running of the office, maintains the Association's financial records, handles industrial relations queries, operates the wages bureau system, compiles the newsletter, handles appointments, prepares board meeting papers, organisation of seminars and functions, and carries out secretarial duties for the TFCA Executive.
The TFCA office is located at Shop 17, Kings Court ; 2 Innocent Street Kings Meadows, which offers members very accessible premises for all their TFCA business requirements.
